At Barney’s Sports Chalet, we know you’re eager to get outside and put your gear to use. That’s why we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 2–4 business days of receiving your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll always do our best to get your gear out the door quickly.
Backordered or Special Order Items
If an item is not currently in stock or requires special ordering, shipping times may vary. We’ll keep you informed with updates and estimated delivery timelines.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
