The Hilleberg Atlas has been used all over the world as a basecamp tent for arctic explorers and mountaineers. It has become so popular mainly due to its customizable design and massive size without massive weight. The Atlas can be customized to almost any need, add on vestibules and inner tents for parties of 8 or 6 are just a couple of the options that are available. The Atlas comes floorless, leaving options open for the owner. The Atlas is the dream base camp tent, with plenty of head room and floor space for a big group of hunters. The Atlas was built for large groups but it lives up to the legendary performance of Hilleberg. If you are looking for a basecamp tent that you can trust in any weather be sure to consider the Hilleberg Atlas.
As mentioned before one of the biggest benefits of the Atlas is the add ons that are available. The huge floor plan can be divided, added to and Atlas tents can even be connected together, to make the mother of all basecamp compounds.
Inner tent 6: The inner tent 6 creates a living space for 6 hunters while leaving vestibule space for muddy boots and packs. See picture.
Inner tent 8: Slightly larger the inner tent 8 adds a floor and walls to the Atlas which takes up the entirety of the space, vestibule space is available with the add-on vestibule.
